Inside Salisbury: Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service
It is time to remember and reflect on those who made the ultimate sacrifice

THE annual service where the city’s residents pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country takes place this Sunday.
The Remembrance Sunday Service at the War Memorial in the Guildhall Square will be led by the Royal British Legion and supported by Salisbury City Councillors and St Thomas’s Church.
The parade is scheduled to march from Avon Approach to the Guildhall Square at approximately, 10.30 am while participants gather at the War Memorial for a small ceremony at 10.50am.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
The parade will continue its march after the ceremony along New Canal where Lord Lieutenant, Sarah Troughton, accompanied by the High Sheriff of Wiltshire, Dr Olivia Chapple, and The Right Worshipful the Mayor of the City of Salisbury, Councillor Sven Hocking, will take the salute.
The Civic Party will then proceed to the Guildhall via St Thomas’s Square.
Armistice Day will be celebrated on Monday, November 11 in the Guildhall Square. All are welcome to attend.
